Oh Canada!

Fro catching a little bit of AIR!

They happened to run into a momma bear and her two cubs.

Fro, Christian, and Kade- Oh Canada!!

Fro took off this past week and headed up to CANADA!- Why canada you ask- for the BIKING!
He and 2 of his buddies Kade Salisbury and Christian Sybrowsky went to bike Whistler. Whistler is the playground for crazy bikers. There were huge drops, trick ramps, and things i am sure they didn't even tell me about. He went for 4 days and had a awesome time. He kept teasing me that he wasn't coming back and we would have to move there- he loved it sooooooo much. Thanks guys for going and protecting my husband and letting him have some fun.

this is just the beginning

okay everyone- lindsay convinced me that i was being crazy by not blogging, so here goes. Everynight i was keeping a journal of the little things my kids do or say, but now you all can share that with me if you want! i had to go back and update it a little because i plan to print it out- so sorry for so many posts today- but i promised lindsay i would be a good blogger- i will try my hardest- it is already addicting- thanks linds! and Hollie you may need to come along and give me tips to make it cuter- that is so foreign to me!

We Love Bear Lake

Ali and Fro riding the four wheeler
Two of my brother in laws competed in the Bear Lake triathalon while

we were there and they did AWESOME!

Uncle Bud to the Rescue! Isn't he so cute, and he is single!
Ali doing what she loves-playing at the beach
We love spending time with the cousins

Our family has many traditions, but this is by far one of my favorite. Every year we go to my brother in law (johnnys') cabin at Bear Lake. It is this great cabin that was built years ago, so it has so many great features we love. It has this little secret room for the kids to play in, a built in hot tub (the kids favorite feature) and tons of games and fun. We Love Bear Lake !!!

Kindergarten

Two days after returning from California, Ali became a Kindergartner!!

She has always done everything with her cousins and this was her first step without them- it was scary!!

she rides the bus and i couldn't decide if that is a good thing or not- this whole experience is giving me ulcers!

Here she is with her other kindergarten friends!

The beach

Our biggest regret from our california vacation was, not enough beach days. We rented out a beach house in Calsbad for the week. We split up disneyland in to two days, one on a monday the other on the last Thursday in Cali. We spent all the other days at the Beach and it still wasn't enough for us. We LOVE the beach

Disneyland

So the excitement for us around our house has been DISNEYLAND!! My family started planning a trip with the whole family last year- long before i knew i was pregnant. So when Cam came along and i realized he would be three months old in Disneyland i was a little nervous. But thanks to many friends and family telling me this is the best time i took the chance. Despite having to stop every three hours for feedings (which was actually a great break from the heat and people) the whole experience was Great!! It was Alis first time to Disneyland and she got to experience it with her best buds in the world, her two cousins, Madi and Kate. The highlight for them was of course the Princess Dinner! It costs a bit, but the girls LOVED it. The princesses come to your table and chat and sign books and take pictures and i am sure a lot of other stuff- but i happened to plan horribly and had to leave to feed cam- that was the only downer of the whole trip. Disneyland was a great Trip and the stroller pass is the only way to go- thanks for the tip CHeryl!

Alis 5th B-Day

For Alis' 5th B-Day she wanted a PINKALICIOUS Party! If anyone wanted to know what a pinkalicious party is, it is from a cute book that she loves and she wanted everything PINK. She had to have Pink cupcakes just like the book, and it was fun. My sister Brooke made a really cute Pin the cherry on the cupcake and the kids loved it. We had Pinkalicious cupcakes, and the party was a hit. Ali is so excited to be five and use her whole hand now to tell how old she is. Holy Cow- Kindergarten is next- Yikes!
